<Update label="v0.4.0" description="2026-09-16">
  The deck becomes one thing you can point at: a page of its own, files that travel with each version, forms that remember who answered, and a bar over every share link.

  ### Added

  * A deck has a page of its own. A push prints its address, `slideless open` reopens it from the folder with no key and no network call, and links are made from it.
  * Files in a `downloads/` folder travel with the version they were pushed with. The recipient takes them one by one or as a zip, and a pinned link keeps offering that version's set.
  * A bar sits over every shared deck: the attachments, the notes, and what the link allows, without leaving the deck.
  * Any HTML form in a deck can be served live on a share link. A named link remembers its respondent, so reopening it brings the previous answers back and every edit is kept as a revision; the owner is mailed when an answer arrives.
  * The confirmation after a submit is a dialog over the form, closable four ways, and it speaks the deck's own language.
  * A deck can be embedded on a website, with a script loader or an iframe snippet built for you.
  * Each share link records its own views: when it was opened, which site drove the visit, and the browser family, with no address stored.
  * A deck describes itself to agents, so an agent that opens a folder knows what it is holding.

  ### Changed

  * The version an instance reports is the one baked into the image it runs, so the number a person reads and the build they are running cannot drift apart.
  * A push to production publishes the image and rolls it out unattended, then checks the live instance serves the version that was published.

<Update label="v0.3.0" description="2026-07-15">
  Being signed in becomes one thing across Antasphere tools: opening Slideless with a live Antasphere session connects you without a click, and signing out anywhere signs you out everywhere.

  ### Added

  * Silent sign-in on the cloud edition. With a live Antasphere session, opening Slideless connects you straight through, showing a connecting state rather than a login page.
  * Signing out of Slideless ends your Antasphere session too, and signing out of another Antasphere tool ends your Slideless one.
  * A welcome banner on your first visit, dismissible once and gone for good.

  ### Changed

  * Cloud sessions last 30 days from sign-in and are not extended by use; self-hosted instances keep their own longer, rolling sessions.
  * The cloud login page now reports why a sign-in failed instead of leaving you on a blank screen.

  ### Fixed

  * The CLI caches one connection key per Antasphere account, so switching accounts no longer replays the wrong one.
  * The silent sign-in attempt gives up cleanly in a browser that refuses session storage, instead of retrying in a loop.

<Update label="cli-v0.2.4" description="2026-07-15" tags={["CLI"]}>
  The CLI release that ships alongside Slideless 0.3.0, tidying up how it holds on to a cloud connection.

  ### Fixed

  * The connection key is cached per Antasphere account, so working with more than one account no longer replays the wrong key against an instance.

  ### Changed

  * Against a cloud instance, `slideless auth login-request` and `login-complete` point you at `antasphere login` rather than attempting a sign-in the instance will refuse.
</Update>

<Update label="v0.2.0" description="2026-07-15">
  On the cloud edition, your credential now identifies you rather than one organization: a single key works across every organization you belong to, and changes made at Antasphere reach Slideless while you work.

  ### Added

  * One CLI key per Antasphere account, valid for every organization. The organization is chosen per command, not baked into the key.
  * Every agent tool takes an optional workspace argument, and `whoami` shows which identity and which workspace a key resolves to.
  * The dashboard shows where a workspace comes from and when an account needs attention, and steers you back to Antasphere when your access there has lapsed.

  ### Changed

  * Removals, role changes and organization suspensions at Antasphere take effect in Slideless within seconds, across the dashboard, the API keys and connected agents alike.
  * First setup of a cloud instance creates the operator's account only, with no workspace attached; the dashboard handles an account that belongs to no workspace yet.
  * When Antasphere cannot be reached, cloud sign-in refuses rather than falling back to a stale answer.
</Update>

<Update label="cli-v0.2.2" description="2026-07-13" tags={["CLI"]}>
  The CLI stops asking for a Slideless-specific login against a cloud instance: it uses the Antasphere sign-in you already have.

  ### Added

  * Against a cloud instance, the CLI exchanges your `antasphere login` credential for an instance key on first use and caches it. Later commands are served from the cache, with no further round trip.
  * Someone invited to a single deck from outside your organization signs in with Antasphere to claim it, and never sets a Slideless password.

  ### Changed

  * On a cloud instance there is no local password to set or reset; the dashboard hides membership management and points at Antasphere, where those changes are made.

  ### Fixed

  * `slideless logout` revokes the key on the instance that issued it, and says plainly when an older instance refuses to revoke it rather than reporting a success that did not happen.
  * Claiming a deck invitation no longer reactivates access that was previously cut.
</Update>

<Update label="v0.1.1" description="2026-07-13">
  A documentation fix: the install one-liner now fetches its script from the released branch, so copying the command out of the install page works on a fresh machine.
</Update>

<Update label="v0.1.0" description="2026-07-13">
  The first published Docker image, and the release where one codebase started shipping two editions: self-hosted, which runs entirely on your own machine, and the Antasphere cloud, where you sign in with your Antasphere account.

  ### Added

  * Sign in to the cloud edition with your Antasphere account. The cloud login page offers that one entrance, and your first sign-in creates your Slideless profile automatically.
  * Your Antasphere organizations appear in Slideless as workspaces, with your organization role carried across.
  * People invited to a single deck can claim the invitation by signing in with Antasphere, and get access to that one deck only.
  * Self-hosted instances keep local accounts and never contact Antasphere.

  ### Changed

  * On the cloud edition, `slideless auth login-*` points you at `antasphere login` instead of asking for a Slideless-specific code.
  * `slideless logout` revokes the key it is holding on the server, so logging out no longer leaves a working key behind.
  * An instance's edition is fixed at boot from a closed setting: a typo stops the instance rather than starting it in the wrong mode.
</Update>

<Update label="cli-v0.2.1" description="2026-07-12" tags={["CLI"]}>
  A maintenance release of the `@antasphere/slideless` CLI, picking up a newer build of the shared Antasphere command-line foundation. No change to any command.
</Update>
